This was the first time I used the services of My Trusted Carpet Cleaners. I had several questions and Tim was very responsive in answering all of them before I booked an appointment. He arrived on time, calling before he came. After reviewing what we wanted done, he actually reduced our estimate as he didn't feel we would need the deep cleaning we thought our pet accidents would require. Saved us over $200! Tim works fast - was done with the whole house in an hour and a half. He let us know how long it would take to dry and told us he would follow up the next day to ensure we were satisfied. If there was anything we needed touched up, he would come back and do it for free. As promised, he followed up the next day and we told him how happy we were with the results!! No need to return! We've found our go to carpet cleaner and are so happy we don't need to keep wading through all the carpet cleaning promotions we get in the mail! Tim will be our first and only call. Thanks Tim!!

We had Tim come out before we moved in to clean our carpet and two rugs. The former owners had a cat and I'm highly allergic. We also had our "dog rug" and a bedroom rug cleaned. Tim did a fantastic job and he was so fast. We'll have him back to clean our furniture once we finally get moved in.
